This home is perfect for large groups and families looking to experience Montana! The ground floor, accessible by ramp, has three bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bathroom, a large living room with floor-to-ceiling A frame windows, and a cheerful eat-in kitchen with dining table. Downstairs you will find three additional bedrooms, one full bathroom, and a second living room. Two single size fold-out cots with corresponding linens are also provided with this rental. Conveniently located to area attractions - approximate driving time: 10 minutes to downtown Bozeman 10 minutes to Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport 12 minutes to Bozeman Hot Springs 14 minutes to Montana State University 30 minutes to Bridger Bowl Ski Area 50 minutes to Big Sky 90 minutes to Yellowstone National Park North Entrance The home has 6 queen size beds, 1 king size bed, and 2 single size fold-out cots. All bedding, linens, and towels are provided with your rental, along with basic necessities (hand soap, shower gel, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, etc.) The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, utensils, etc. for cooking and serving meals at the house. The downstairs living room features a Smart TV, which can stream shows and movies via most major apps (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, HBO Go, etc.), and the house is equipped with WiFi throughout. The three-car garage is available for you to store your vehicle and/or gear. Please note that the living room fireplace is not functional and is decorative only. Guests will have access to the entire 6 bedroom/4.5 bathroom home, attached garage, deck, hot tub, and driveway (with the exception of a few locked supply closets.) The home’s front entrance can be accessed via the concrete ramp. We do allow pets at the property, but you must indicate the number of pets you will be bringing at the time of booking ($250.00 pet fee per stay applies.)

House Rules

Primary guest must be at least 21 years old to book. Please be respectful of noise levels, and keep noise at a minimum between the hours of 10PM and 8AM. Please remove your shoes before walking onto the carpeted areas in the ground level bedrooms. No food is permitted to be consumed in any carpeted areas. Excessive debris or staining left on any carpeted area is subject to an additional cleaning fee. Pets staying at the home are subject to a $250 per stay pet fee. Pets are not permitted on furniture, including beds. Any evidence of pets having been on furniture will incur an additional cleaning fee. No fires are permitted to be built in the indoor stone fireplace - for decorative use only. No street parking is permitted - you may park inside the garage and/or in the home’s driveway. Please do not turn the home's AC temperature any lower than 68 degrees F. Doing so will cause the system to freeze up and become inoperable.

This home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood next to farmland, but is also conveniently located close to Interstate 90, making travelling throughout the Bozeman area a breeze. Restaurants, bars, and shops in downtown Bozeman can be reached within a 10-15 minute drive, depending on your final destination. The area’s best skiing, hiking, fishing, wildlife viewing, and more are all within driving distance and make for great day trips.

The house was great and the views are amazing! The deck and fire-pit were great for hanging out with a group. We used the hot tub a few times, nice to have that amenity; plenty pf pool towels were provided. Michael and his crew were very responsive to our requests, and we had a lot. The house is about 15 from everything, downtown Bozeman, dining, airport, hiking, grocery, etc. There is a neighborhood across the street where we could walk, it had a little park, great for kids. There are no tvs upstairs or in any bedrooms, just one in the basement; it would be nice to have a few more. The house was very well stocked with games. It would be nice to have a larger table for dining and a table in the kitchen for eating (theres a small bistro table but hardly worth using, it’s so small). Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this house.

We had such an awesome stay! Perfect for big families! We were in town for a family members graduation from MSU, and it was the perfect spot. Super close to the school, and Costco, Target, while also feeling like we were in the country, because of the huge yard and beautiful views. Michael and his team were also awesome hosts! They were responsive and easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend!

Beautiful home with incredible surrounding scenery in a safe neighborhood. Close to the main area but with enough separation to relax and enjoy everything Bozeman had to offer. Hosts were kind and responsive. The perfect place for my girls trip!!!

We had such a wonderful stay! The views were gorgeous with the giant window, the downstairs had lots of fun games (air hockey, shuffle board, etc.) and there was so much space! We had both a dog and a 1.5 year old and the space was fantastic and accommodating for all. They even allowed us to leave our luggage at the house prior to check in since our flights arrived prior to check in. Would definitely recommend, great space to accommodate lots of people!

This Airbnb was amazing and exceeded our expectations with the beautiful Mountain Views! The house accommodated all of the guests comfortably and we felt right at home. The hosts responded very quickly to any questions we had and I would definitely stay here again!
