This home is comprised of a 4 bedroom/4 bathroom home with a bonus attached 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment - when you rent this home, you are able to use both spaces! The apartment can be accessed from the interior of the main home, and also has a separate outside entrance, should you wish to use that as well. Each of the home's five bedrooms has a queen size bed, with four single size fold-out cots available for use as well. Linens, blankets, and towels are included as part of the rental, and the home's two kitchens are fully stocked with dinnerware, pots/pans, cooking equipment, etc. You also have access to a grill and outdoor dining area on the wraparound deck. The open concept living area features a comfy sectional sofa and Smart TV (one of 2 TVs in the home), which can be used to stream shows through any major app, including YouTube, Netflix, and Hulu. Set back and secluded in the forest, yet less than 2 miles to the closest beach and within walking distance to Dock Square restaurants and shopping, this property offers something for everyone! -Primary guest must be at least 21 years old to book. - Please no smoking inside the house (outdoors is fine) - Please contain all fires to the designated fire pit area, and extinguish before leaving the area -The indoor fireplace is decorative only; please do not attempt to light any fires in the fireplace - Please make every effort to clean up food/food prep areas (including the grill), including not leaving food/trash outside, placing used dishes in dishwasher/sink, and disposing of food waste (especially shellfish) in trash bags within trash receptacles - Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum during 10pm and 7am (town quiet hours) i.e. no loud music playing outside, etc.

This house is absolutely beautiful and is in a perfect location! Walkable to great restaurants and shops but is located on a private and secluded lot. The home was perfect for our big group and we were all able to fit very comfortably. Highly recommend this home for your next Kennebunkport visit!

Michael’s place was perfect for our group! The house was spacious and fit 4 couples extremely comfortably! The outdoor deck was beautiful and peaceful. The house is within walking distance to downtown which was amazing! Michael was also extremely responsive. We would definitely stay here again - couldn’t recommend it enough!
