The house is perfect for large groups and families looking for a Maine get-away! Two fully equipped kitchens, connected by a large dining room that overlooks the pool area, provide plenty of space to prepare and serve meals.The home's two living areas each have plenty of seating and a Smart TV, which can be used to stream shows through any major app, including YouTube, Netflix, and Hulu. Throughout the house you will find five bedrooms (four bedrooms are located on the home's ground level and the fifth bedroom is located upstairs in a lofted area) and four full bathrooms. Four of the home's bedrooms have a queen size bed, and the fifth bedroom has a full size bed. There are three single size cots available for use, as well. Guests can enjoy swimming in the in-ground pool, relaxing and grilling on the deck, and can spend evenings by the outdoor fire pit.

-Primary guest must be at least 21 years old to book. - Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas only - Please be mindful of noise levels between 10pm and 8am (town quiet hours) i.e. no loud music outside, etc. - Please contain fires to the fire pit area and extinguish before leaving. Fires can be lit in the outdoor fire pit on Class Level Low or Moderate Days only. - Pets are welcome, just not in the pool; please be sure to clean up after your pet, both inside and outside - Please exercise caution around the swimming pool area; no running or diving - please refer to the printed house manual for a complete set of pool rules -The indoor fireplace is decorative only; please do not attempt to light any fires in the fireplace - Please make every effort to clean up food/food prep areas (including the grill), including not leaving food/trash outside, placing used dishes in dishwasher/sink, and disposing of food waste (especially shellfish) in trash bags within trash receptacles -You must understand that swimming and the use of the home's pool is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming if a person has health risks, or if a person swims while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. Michael’s place was perfect for our weekend! It’s exactly as pictured in his listing. Having two kitchens was an absolute bonus for meals, and there was plenty of space for all of us to spread out. Loved the firepit! Very well located to town – loved the food at Federal Jack’s Brew Pub and the Pilot House. Definitely want to come back.
