ABOUT THIS SPACE Step inside and the home's history greets you immediately — wide-plank hardwood floors, a curved staircase, doorways shaped by an era before cookie-cutter construction. Fully renovated but keeping every bit of the charm, this house works beautifully for groups of up to 13. The living room flows into the sunroom on one side (vaulted wood-beam ceilings, big windows looking over the backyard — your morning coffee spot for the entire stay) and into the dining room on the other. The kitchen has been fully updated: a farmhouse island with butcher-block counters, Keurig plus drip coffee, full stainless appliances, baking sheets, a solid knife set, and everything you need to cook a real dinner for a crowd. This matters more than it sounds in Kennebunkport, where downtown lots fill up on summer weekends and paid parking is the norm. Leave the cars at the house and walk everywhere you want to go. Smoking is permitted outside only. Noise monitors are active on the property — please keep volume reasonable after 10:00 PM out of respect for neighbors. Exterior cameras cover the driveway and yard only (no interior cameras). Hot tub: shower before use, maximum 6 guests at a time. Golf simulator: treat the clubs carefully; damage costs apply. Note that upstairs bedrooms have low ceilings — review the photos before your stay so nothing surprises you.
